Term and Conditions
In making a purchase the buyer agrees to comply with the terms and conditions as herein stated and by bidding or purchasing an item the buyer has read and 100% agree on the warranty and return polices and purchasing conditions.
Payment for all items must be completed within 2 days for the date of purchase unless prior arrangement has been made in writing by a member of Vellard Pty Ltd.
Buyers that do not complete payment within the time frame will be reported to EBay and or blocked form further purchases from Vellard website. Do not bid or purchase if you have no intention to pay for the item.
Vellard Pty Ltd will not be held liable for and errors, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the furnishing, performance or use of any products purchased.
While every care will be taken by Vellard to provide an adequate description of a sale item on its website, Vellard has no warranty that the description which is in a brief form and accompanied with a picture of the item, will accurately and fully describe the actual item. Before purchasing an item Vellard recommends that the buyer visits the relevant product manufacture website to gain full description and specifications of the item required.
Occasionally typographical error or unintentional slip in the description may happen.
Where pictures of a sale are provided, the buyer should be aware that actual colour or visual appearance may differ from the actual item.
All items purchased will only be posted once payment has been cleared or confirmed. When making a payment, buyer must ensure EBay ID and or Sales Record Number is provided in the payment detail. Unidentified payments will delay the delivery processing.
Buyer MUST also ensure a contact telephone number is provided in the postal detail as Vellard may choose to use a courier service to deliver the goods. Buyers that fail to provide a contact number will only delay the delivery process.
Pick-up for all items sold by Vellard is not available. In most cases all Vellard items sold are shipped directly from our suppliers. As Vellard rely on the information provided by its suppliers on stock availability, there may be instances where an item sold may not be available or may be delayed in delivery. In cases where an item is sold out, Vellard will immediately offer the buyer a full refund.
Delivery time once payment has been cleared and or confirmed will be 5 – 15 working day or other wise stated in item description. In most cases delivery time is 5-7days. If the buyer requires the item before the delivery time frame, please email Vellard BEFORE purchasing the item to confirm if delivery is available before the 5 – 15 time frames. Buyers that purchase the item with out confirmation of delivery time agree to the 5-15 day delivery condition.
All items sold are SOLD on a NO RETURN bases unless covered under a warranty. No return items will be accepted without an RA Number (Return Authority Number). Buyer must email Vellard to obtain an RA Number. Items that are returned with out an RA Number will not be accepted on delivery.
Normally Vellard will not handle returns under manufacturer’s warranty as the warranty is provided by the manufacturer directly. Please contact the relevant manufacturer directly and/or visit their website for more information about the warranty. Please be aware that if you undertake any repair work yourself or by an unauthorised repair you may cause the manufacturer’s warranty to be void.
Transactions involving minors
As under the law, contract cannot be entered with a person under the age of 18 (a minor), in completing the purchase with Vellard via eBay and/or placing orders with Vellard.com.au, you warrant that you are aged 18 or above.
Should Vellard suffer any damage or loss as a result of a transaction entered by a minor, Vellard will reserve its right to seek compensation from the parents or guardian of the minor.
